1.)
Take everything back:
WhatsApp knows how precious your chat history
is to you and secures it all for you in the cloud.

Settings> Chat> Chat backup.

On iOS, go to Settings>
Data and Storage usage and tweak settings to see how you want to download your
received media. Choose Wi-Fi if you do not want to overload your data plan.
For Android, go to
Settings> Data usage for the same controls.
10.) Keep messages confidential:
All messages on WhatsApp are
private - but not when you leave your phone on the table, and a new message notification
