In an interview on Friday,
the global head of the company's original programming, Susan Daniels, said that
many styles will be included in programming, from music documentaries to

said that Alphabet's YouTube is preparing script chains and other basic
programming for international markets including France, Germany, Japan, Mexico
and India to try to attract new customers into their paid subscription service.

language programming for online viewers around the world.
YouTube's first original show
started on its premium service in 2016, starting with the series from some of
the most popular video producers of the platform. It added programming from
Hollywood stars and a batch of children's programs, including the Emmy-winning
"Fruit Ninja Mania Force", was released. Danielle said that there is
no current plan for programming more basic children. The YouTube Kids App
serves young viewers, they said, and the company does not believe that
children's content will subscribe to YouTube Premium at this time.
